Responsibilities

  • Own outbound sales initiatives and pipeline creation efforts
  • Drive customer meetings, RFQ identification, and opportunity qualification
  • Lead RFQ and tender execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Validate costing models, pricing strategy, and margin targets
  • Manager client engagement, issue resolution, and escalations
  • Coach and develop Business Development Specialists
  • Ensure CRM/ERP opportunity data accuracy and discipline
  • Actively contribute to sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline reviews

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field
  • 7–9 years of experience in B2B sales or sales operations
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • ERP and advanced Excel proficiency
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability

Preferred Experience-

  • Exposure to manufacturing, sourcing, or B2B professional services environments
  • Familiarity with quoting procedures and pricing analysis
