Responsibilities
Own outbound sales initiatives and pipeline creation efforts
Drive customer meetings, RFQ identification, and opportunity qualification
Lead RFQ and tender execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Validate costing models, pricing strategy, and margin targets
Manager client engagement, issue resolution, and escalations
Coach and develop Business Development Specialists
Ensure CRM/ERP opportunity data accuracy and discipline
Actively contribute to sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline reviews
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field
7–9 years of experience in B2B sales or sales operations
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
ERP and advanced Excel proficiency
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability
Preferred Experience-
Exposure to manufacturing, sourcing, or B2B professional services environments
Familiarity with quoting procedures and pricing analysis
