Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production forecasts to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective project execution.
Schedule and conduct regular meetings with suppliers to track project status and resolve issues.
Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers based on production requirements.
Monitor supplier compliance with PO terms and follow up on discrepancies or delays.
Use project tracking tools (Smart Sheet, Excel) to track progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure suppliers meet deadlines and proactively address any potential delays.
Manage material procurement and production processes using SAP (MM).
Manage inventory and production tasks through Odoo.
Apply MRP principles to optimize production planning and inventory control.
Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi with internal teams and suppliers.
Prepare regular reports on supplier performance, production status, and project timelines.
Analyze production data and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Responsible for 100% OTD.

7-10 years of experience in production management, supply chain, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Strong proficiency in SAP (MM) for material management and procurement.
Hands-on experience with Odoo and MRP systems.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with Smart Sheet or similar project tracking tools.
Fluency in both English and Hindi for effective communication.
Strong skills in supplier relationship management and negotiation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada (additional local language will be a plus point)
Ready for frequent travel to supplier visit.
